Administrative Officer (CEO Office)

We are a growing space technology company in need of an Administrative Officer (CEO Office), who responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the CEO’s office. An ideal candidate should be details-orientated, energetic, focused, and have good people skills.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist and support executive and team leaders to remain a high-performing team and deliver on their broader goals
  • Greet and direct visitors, answer phone inquiries and handle complaints in a courteous, professional manner
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
  • Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, distribute memos and reports, and ensure that everyone is kept current on necessary company news and information
  • Ensure office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in handle administrative tasks in a related field
  • Strong understanding of business management
  • Good organization and time management
  • Excellent communication in Thai and English Languages

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize job
  • Good human relations and positive attitude
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up workplace
  • Willing to work extended hours on a need basis to meet deadlines
